Job summary

InPost's FinTech Platform team is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to design consumer and merchant payment journeys, driving frontend architecture and performance. You will work across modern web technologies to build scalable, secure payment solutions.

You will participate in the full development lifecycle, integrate with backend services using GraphQL and REST APIs, and contribute to frontend tooling and best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience building modern frontend applications.
• Hands-on with React, Vue, or Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and implementing microfrontend architectures.
• Experience building automated end-to-end tests with Playwright or similar.
• Understand frontend performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, profiling, and bundle analysis.
• Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiar with OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, feature flags, and progressive delivery.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Experience in payments/fintech/e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microfrontend architecture across payment products and services.
• Own performance engineering and continuously improve Core Web Vitals across customer-facing apps.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from requirements to release.
• Build integrations with backend services using GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Implement real-time user experiences using Server-Sent Events and similar tech.

In this role, you'll own consumer-facing and merchant-facing payment journeys, driving frontend architecture, performance engineering, and product quality. You'll work across modern web technologies, contributing to highly scalable and secure payment solutions.

• knowledge of PCI DSS requirements, CSP configuration, and secure browser-based architectures;
• experience with WCAG accessibility standards;
• backend development experience in Node.js, Java, Python, or C#;
• experience building embeddable widgets or SDKs
