SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior Frontend Developer to build high-quality, scalable interfaces for its Sportsbook Platform - an opportunity to shape user experiences and influence how the product evolves.

About Product:

SOFTSWISS Sportsbook
The SOFTSWISS Sportsbook is a software platform designed for launching and managing a successful online sports betting business. The Sportsbook team’s goal is to develop truly innovative software that will make the process of creating and running a bookmaker website faster and easier for our clients. We are searching for driven individuals who are passionate about what they do and are ready to work on engaging tasks and exciting projects together.

Purpose of the role:

You will develop high-quality, reusable frontend code for the SOFTSWISS Sportsbook Platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and product performance in a fully agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Work in a fully agile environment with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders

• Translate mockups into optimized, reusable, high-quality code

• Participate in improving product quality and development processes

• Conduct code reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Document your own code and technical solutions

Required Experience:

• Product thinking - focused on users, clients, and product outcomes

• Good UX understanding and attention to user experience details

Technical Skills

• 7+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS

• Strong experience with React.js + Hooks and state management (Redux or similar)

• Experience with Next.js framework(> 1.5 years)

• Knowledge of HTTP, networking fundamentals, and browser APIs

• Understanding of algorithms fundamentals

• Ability to write clean, maintainable code with unit tests

Tools & Workflow

• Required experience with AI coding assistants:Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot
  Languages

• Russian - native-level proficiency

• English - B1+ level or higher
  

Nice to have:

• Docker, GitLab CI/CD

• Understanding of server-side development

• Experience with Node.js

• Experience with React Native
