Job summary

Trineo Sp. z o.o. in Poland is seeking a skilled Front-end Developer to join a Scrum team building a cloud-based Video Surveillance platform. You will work with Vue 3, TypeScript and modern UI tooling to deliver features for a web application used by global clients.

You will collaborate with team leaders in the Netherlands, write tests, review code, and participate in agile ceremonies. Remote or Gdynia-based, you will contribute to rapid feature expansion while maintaining coding standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of front-end web app experience with a major JS framework, Vue knowledge essential.
• Strong spoken and written English; regular contact with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a Scrum team.
• Hands-on experience writing component and unit tests.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflows.

You'll join the team building an advanced, cloud-based Video Surveillance platform. After a successful launch, the product is now in a phase of rapid expansion with continuous feature development - an exciting time to come on board. Your Responsibilities

As a member of the development team, you will:

• Work directly with the Team Leader and Product Owner, both based in the Netherlands (clear spoken and written English is essential)

• Develop new features for the web application that manages the Video Surveillance system

• Fix defects and keep code aligned with our coding standards

• Document your own code

• Collaborate closely with the test engineering department

• Contribute as an active member of our Scrum team

What We're Looking For

Must-have

• Minimum 3 years of experience building the front-end of web applications with one of the major JavaScript frameworks, but good knowledge of Vue is essential

• Strong spoken and written English - this role involves regular contact with senior stakeholders

• Ability to work effectively in a Scrum team

• Hands-on experience writing component and unit tests

• Practical experience leveraging agentic CLI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor CLI) to accelerate development workflows. Comfort evaluating, refactoring, and verifying AI-generated code for quality

Nice to have

• A technical background (through education or work experience) that helps you grasp the domain the application serves

• Prior exposure to video-streaming techniques (a big plus)

• Experience designing, building, or maintaining a reusable UI component library

• Ability to track user workflows, analyze product analytics, and drive improvements using PostHog

• Familiarity with microfrontend architectures and Module Federation

• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions

• Containerization and orchestration experience using Docker, Nginx, and Kubernetes

• Proficiency in diagnosing and optimizing web performance using Chrome DevTools
