Zakres obejmuje przetwarzanie dystrybucji i procesów płatności dla funduszy PE i RE we Francji, reconiliacje kont, raporty KPI oraz identyfikowanie ryzyk i ulepszanie procesów.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance or securities services, or property sector.
• Great working knowledge of French and English is essential (min C1).
• Good Knowledge of Private Equity and Real Estate fund specificities will be considered as an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Processing of distributions and other payment related tasks for French PE&RE funds in compliance with internal procedures
• Processing subscriptions, redemptions, successions and other movements on shares for French PE&RE funds in compliance with internal procedures
• Management of cash reconciliations on several accounts and keeping track of fees
• Preparing reports for internal and external parties
• Maintaining communication and relations with all counterparties (internal and external)
• Participating in internal reporting activities to measure the quality of operations (KPIs)
• Identifying risks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the best chance of mitigating them
• Contributing to the completion and maintenance of procedures and SLA
