Job summary

Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow is seeking a Payroll & HR Master Data Specialist (French Speaker) to support payroll operations and employee master data processes for French-speaking countries. You will ensure accurate payroll processing and high-quality data across HR systems.

You will collaborate with local HR teams, payroll vendors, managers, and employees, maintaining data integrity and compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Shared Services, or a similar role.
• Experience working with employee master data and payroll processes.
• Understanding of the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire).
• Experience cooperating with payroll vendors or external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll operations for French-speaking entities.
• Validate and maintain employee master data in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent).
• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave events, and terminations.
• Prepare and validate payroll input data, ensuring completeness and accuracy before payroll execution.
• Cooperate with external payroll providers and local HR teams to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and data-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and data quality checks.
• Generate payroll and HR reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain employee documentation and support payroll-related administration.
• Act as a gatekeeper of employee data quality, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems.
