Brenntag seeks a Senior Collections Specialist (French speaking) to lead collection operations and improve cash flow in Łódź. You will manage escalated disputes, oversee AR portfolios, and drive improvements in the doubtful debt provisioning process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Collections or Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in a shared services environment is preferred.
• English communication skills; French language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily collection operations to ensure timely cash collection and accurate AR balances.
• Manage escalated customer disputes and payment issues.
• Support doubtful debt provisioning improvements and transition projects.
• Monitor collection KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
