Overview

AIT Worldwide Logistics is looking for a Freight Forwarding Specialist (Air/Ocean/Road/Rail) to support our growing operations in Poland and Europe. You will handle multimodal shipments - experience in at least one transport mode is fully sufficient.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys an international environment, takes initiative and likes improving processes in a space that welcomes new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate international freight operations in Air, Ocean, Road or Rail.
• Plan, execute and track shipments while maintaining accurate documentation in operational systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support strong B2B relationships.
• Communicate with carriers, logistics partners and warehouse teams.
• Work closely with AIT’s global operations teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding in any transport mode (Air / Ocean / Road / Rail).
• Fluent Polish (C1/C2) - required for daily communication with customers and carriers.
• Communicative English skills for international teamwork.
• Knowledge of the TSL industry, a strong understanding of customers’ markets, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and a proactive mindset.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CargoWise or other logistics platform.
• Experience in multimodal forwarding or international environments.
