Job summary

Amer Sports Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Global Transportation Audit & Analytics team in Kraków. You will review freight invoices, investigate discrepancies, and take ownership of the audit process working with external providers and internal teams.

You will analyze freight data, support accruals and reporting, and participate in system implementations to drive cost savings and process improvements across transportation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, P2P, R2R, freight audit or data analysis.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

What you will be doing

• Review and validate freight invoices against agreed rates and expected costs

What you need to succeed

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, P2P, R2R, freight audit or data analysis
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to work with and reconcile different data sets
• Good understanding of financial processes, such as invoices, accruals, reconciliations or cost allocation
• Interest in transportation and logistics – you don’t need to be a logistics expert; we’ll help you learn
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to spot issues, ask questions and speak up when something doesn’t look right
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders and external partners
• Ability to prioritize, organize your work and operate independently
• Fluent English, high attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset
