You'll build Python apps on commercial projects, leverage AI, design databases, and work with AWS/cloud infrastructure. Rates: Mid up to 90 PLN/hour, Senior up to 120 PLN/hour, depending on scope and experience.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Python experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Familiarity with Terraform.
• Ownership mindset and ability to improve complex systems.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and extend Python applications on our commercial projects
• Use AI to leverage and improve your work
• Design and optimize databases and background processing for performance and reliability
• Work with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices
• Take ownership of complex systems — improving, refactoring, and keeping them healthy
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, testers and clients; review code, and share technical decisions
