Job summary

Flix is seeking an experienced Data Engineer on a freelance/service agreement basis (B2B). You will build data pipelines powering marketing budget decisions and attribution, using Python, SQL, and Airflow. Join a fast-growing mobility platform and help scale data products for cross-functional teams.

You will operate as an independent contractor in Poland, collaborating with Product Owner to translate needs into robust solutions and ensuring data quality across pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on data engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field; business/marketing with tech exposure welcome.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, CI/CD, Terraform, Git, and Airflow.
• Experience with data quality, monitoring, and documentation.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Location: Poland-based contractors (B2B).

Responsibilities

• Develop reliable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Airflow.
• Ensure data quality through validation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to translate data needs into solutions.
• Review AI-generated outputs appropriately and provide feedback.
• Contribute to scalable data infrastructure improvements.
