ACT DIGITAL POLSKA Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced consultant to support us during tender processes and, subsequently, participate in project implementation.

The role goes beyond implementation, including defining the proposed solution, advising on technical approaches, and contributing to tender offers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• End-to-end planning solution design experience.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders.
• Experience with planning models and governance.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced consultant to support us throughout the tender process and, subsequently, participate in the project implementation.

The role will go beyond the implementation phase. We are looking for a consultant who can support us in defining and designing the proposed solution, advising on the technical approach, and contributing to the preparation of the tender offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong background in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and FP&A processes.
• Experience designing planning solutions from business concept through implementation.
• Ability to lead workshops with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into planning models and solution architecture.
• Experience with: Driver-based planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Rolling Forecast, Scenario Planning / What-if Analysis, Cash-flow Planning, Cost Allocation Models, Management Reporting.
• Able to help define: Planning concept and operating model, Planning processes and governance, Business requirements, Planning architecture and solution design.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP Datasphere would be a strong advantage.
• Fluent English (B2).
• Polish is strongly preferred.
