IG Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Kraków, Poland to join their dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will perform business performance analyses, manage divisional reporting, and support financial planning.

FP&A Analyst

Salary

Minimum 147,200 PLN per annum. Salary will be based on skills and experience.

Your Role

• Analysing and explaining underlying business performance drivers covering both revenue and costs
• Extracting, analysing and interpreting large amounts of data
• Designing, maintaining and delivering divisional specific reports (e.g., weekly and monthly management reporting)
• Cost management analysis – including variance from budget and providing insight and recommendations for cost reductions/efficiencies
• Supporting Senior Finance Business Partner with planning and forecasting processes
• Supporting the Finance Business Partner with ad hoc analysis to support informed decision making

Qualifications

• Logical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Competency with MS SQL and ability to read, write and understand scripts
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience in data analysis and dealing with unstructured data of various quality
• Proficiency in accounting and reconciliation principles
• Willingness to expand knowledge and skillset
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask
• Experience in using financial planning and reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan) is desirable
