Job summary

Sol-Millennium Medical Group in Warszawa is seeking an FP&A Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with hands-on experience. You will gain exposure to key business decisions and collaborate with Finance and other teams to deliver insights.

You will analyze performance, prepare regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders, and contribute to month-end closing and financial analysis activities. A proactive, learn‑oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus.
