Qualifications

• Shipping real products (side projects count) and knowing the difference between working and done.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and put in front of real users to learn what should exist.
• Be close to the problem by engaging with customers and influencing business model discussions.
• Make fast, reversible decisions with simple, maintainable architecture.
• Define engineering ways of working and set tooling, workflow, and standards.
