TechTree is recruiting for a Founding Engineer on behalf of a client in Warsaw, Poland. You will join early technical teams building next-generation AI agents and personal AI products, with high ownership and impact on product and architecture.

Ideal candidates have shipped AI agents to production, experience with B2C products, and a strong system-design background. This is an on-site, full-time role offering $100,000–$120,000/year plus 1–2% equity.

Founding Engineer | Agentic AI | Warsaw

TechTree's client is hiring a Founding Engineer to join one of the earliest technical teams building next-generation AI agents and personal AI products from the ground up.

This is a high-ownership opportunity for an exceptional engineer or former founder who has already shipped AI agents into production and wants to help shape both the product and technical foundation of an ambitious early-stage company.

What you'll work on

• Build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems

• Comfortable working with modern TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and AI tooling
• Fluent Polish and English
• Based in Warsaw or genuinely willing to relocate
• Comfortable with a highly ambitious, fast-paced, ownership-driven startup environment
