Job summary

TechTree's client is recruiting a Founding Engineer to join an early team building next-generation AI agents from the ground up in Warsaw. This high-ownership role suits an engineer who has shipped AI agents into production and wants to help shape product and technical direction at a fast-moving startup.

The role offers on-site work in Warsaw, full-time employment, and meaningful equity (1–2%). You will own core infrastructure, observability, performance, and cost management while collaborating

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping AI agents to production.
• Experience building B2C products used by real customers.
• Strong understanding of agent observability, evaluation, reliability, and cost management.
• Previous experience as a founder, founding engineer, or early engineer at a fast-moving startup.
• Strong system-design and software-engineering fundamentals.
• Comfortable working with modern TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and AI tooling.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Based in Warsaw or willing to relocate.
• Comfortable with a highly ambitious, fast-paced, ownership-driven startup environment.

TechTree's client is hiring a Founding Engineer to join one of the earliest technical teams building next-generation AI agents and personal AI products from the ground up.

This is a high-ownership opportunity for an exceptional engineer or former founder who has already shipped AI agents into production and wants to help shape both the product and technical foundation of an ambitious early-stage company.

• Compensation: $100,000–$120,000/year + 1–2% equity
• Level: Mid-Senior / Senior
