Job description

Forward Deployed Construction Engineer (Poland)

Customer & Solutions · Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, PL / Remote (Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, PL) · Full-time · Senior level

The role mixes construction knowledge from Poland with hands-on software work. The person owns customer accounts, sets up AI agents on real tender and cost documents, and checks whether the outputs are actually right. A strong candidate has worked in estimating, site management, tendering or procurement, can write Python or TypeScript, and is comfortable working alone with clients. The posting states mid to senior, and the ownership and later team-leading scope point to the higher end.

How it fits the AI era

AI agents now handle much of the paperwork in bidding and procurement, but they can sound right while missing a contract clause or a mismatch between quantities and costs. This role is about catching those errors and turning expert judgment into tests that software can run. What stays human is deciding what counts as correct, understanding how a real project runs, and earning trust on site.

How it builds AI experience

The work gives direct experience building and deploying AI agents for a real industry, including writing evals, scoring rubrics and automated graders. Each customer deployment adds practice in measuring results such as hours saved or risks caught. Someone preparing could build small projects that check AI answers against construction documents and write up what failed and why.

Worth showing

• Polish construction or estimating experience
• Python or TypeScript shipped work
• Building evals for AI outputs
• Customer-facing delivery with measured results
