Job summary

Bonapolia, a family-owned IT staff augmentation team, seeks an experienced engineer to deliver production-grade LLM applications with RAG, prompt design, and structured output. You will work with React/TypeScript frontend and Python back-end teams across Europe and the US, on projects leveraging Azure, Langfuse, and OpenAI APIs.

Strong English communication is required, along with the ability to guide sessions with senior stakeholders and handle ambiguity in fast-paced client environments.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience delivering at least one LLM application to production.
• Experience with prompt design and structured output for LLMs.
• Strong understanding of vector search and document parsing.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions with non-technical senior stakeholders, providing clear status updates.
• Deliver production-ready LLM applications to clients with RAG architectures.
• Collaborate with product teams across Europe and the US to ensure client success.
• Handle ambiguity and communicate effectively in English with clients and engineers.
