Job summary

GFT Technologies SE in Poland is seeking a Flutter Developer-Team Leader to deliver high‑quality mobile solutions for major investment banks. You will implement features in Flutter, lead a talented team, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and ensure code quality through testing and documentation.

The role requires strong Flutter and Dart skills, extensive mobile development experience, knowledge of clean architecture and state management, and excellent English for client communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial Flutter experience.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial mobile development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and best practices for mobile apps.
• Experience with clean architecture and state management.
• Knowledge of dependency injection tools.
• Experience with persistence/database (SQLite/Drift).
• Ability to write readable unit tests.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Good English for communication with English-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Work in Scrum environment delivering high-quality Flutter features.
• Lead a project team and coordinate tasks.
• Carry out module testing and contribute to documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align on requirements.
