Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software development building complex mobile apps.
- English at least B2 level for active communication.
- Comfortable in fast-changing environments with rapid iterations.
- Track record owning feature development from requirements to delivery.
- Experience in Scrum and Agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive new features delivery end-to-end from implementation to launch.
- Write and maintain a full unit test suite.
- Help manage deployments and set up CI/CD pipelines.
- Translate business needs into actionable development tasks.
- Write scalable, performant code and participate in code reviews.
- Engage in design sessions with evidence-based input.
- Balance speed and quality to achieve tangible results.
- Participate in interview process to raise technical bar.
