YOUR TASKS
- Purchasing of new cars - from configuration until the pickup & internal settlement of new cars in the fleet
- Preparation, processing and settlement of all fleet adjusted documentation and master data (purchase, sell, pickup, return, registration of cars)
- Responsible for the process of the takeover and returns of the cars
- Main and only interface for the coordination with car sellers, leasing provider, insurance provider, charging cards providers
- Main interface for internal information flow concerning all fleet topics – car holders, HR, Finance, Receptions etc.
- Main contact by various trouble shootings and clarifications
- Hosting regular Q&A meetings for car holders
- Managing internal Car Policy
YOUR PROFILE
High level of communication skills
- High organizational skills
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- English and German Literacy - work with foreingers on daily basis
- Experience in similar role welcome
