Job description
YOUR TASKS
  • Purchasing of new cars - from configuration until the pickup & internal settlement of new cars in the fleet
  • Preparation, processing and settlement of all fleet adjusted documentation and master data (purchase, sell, pickup, return, registration of cars)
  • Responsible for the process of the takeover and returns of the cars
  • Main and only interface for the coordination with car sellers, leasing provider, insurance provider, charging cards providers
  • Main interface for internal information flow concerning all fleet topics – car holders, HR, Finance, Receptions etc.
  • Main contact by various trouble shootings and clarifications
  • Hosting regular Q&A meetings for car holders
  • Managing internal Car Policy

  • English and German Literacy - work with foreingers on daily basis
  • Experience in similar role welcome
