What You'll Do

CoreWeave’s Fleet Repair & Remediation organisation is responsible for maintaining the physical health, hardware availability, and operational efficiency of our global GPU cloud footprint. We build and refine the logistics, engineering workflows, and vendor integration frameworks that keep our high-density data centres operating reliably and at scale.

About The Role

As a Fleet Engineering Project Manager, you will join a pivotal team acting as the key technical liaison between internal engineering groups, data centre technicians, and external hardware vendors. You will take ownership of Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) generation, component support lifecycles, and cross-team issue resolution across our hardware fleet. In this role, you will design, analyse, and operationalize ticket-based workflows, identify infrastructure bottlenecks, and establish performance metrics to drive process optimization. Additionally, you will lead project planning and execution initiatives, generate detailed documentation and infrastructure reports, and partner closely with vendor teams to manage incidents, business priorities, and operational reviews.

Who You Are
  • 3–5 years of experience in physical IT infrastructure, data centre operations, or managing physical equipment RMA processes with external vendors.
  • Proven experience developing and operating ticket-based workflows, analysing ticket data trends, and identifying operational bottlenecks.
  • Demonstrated capability using tools and frameworks to write technical documentation and generate infrastructure performance reports, server management metrics, and case workflow analytics.
  • Practical experience communicating directly with external vendors to manage business priorities, resolve incidents, and handle operational escalations.
  • Track record of planning, executing, and evaluating cross-functional project initiatives to optimize operational workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills in fast-paced infrastructure environments.
Wondering if you're a good fit?
  • You love to optimize physical logistics workflows and turn complex operational data into actionable engineering improvements.
  • You're curious about scaling data centre fleet operations and building seamless integration loops between technicians and hardware vendors.
  • You're an expert in identifying infrastructure bottlenecks, driving cross-team project execution, and maintaining high standards for hardware reliability.
