Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP, including fixed assets and general ledger, preferred.
• SOX compliance and internal controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset subledger with depreciation and reporting.
• Track intangible assets and amortization (including software).
• Administer lease accounting in Visual Lease with reconciliations.
• Manage prepaid expense schedules and monthly amortization entries.
• Support audits with schedules and documentation.
• Ensure timely month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain U.S. GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate across teams.
