Job summary

UL Solutions Poland seeks a Project Engineer for Fire Suppression (EN-Certification) to manage EN certification projects and related CE marking tasks across a global network. You will prepare quotations, plan activities, coordinate testing with worldwide laboratories, and maintain thorough documentation.

The role requires a technical engineering degree, PM experience, and strong English skills, with travel up to 25% and close collaboration with customers and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering/Fire Protection Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Experience in EN & CE certification processes.
• Experience in project work and PM skills (Time Management, Gantt, etc.).
• Willingness to travel up to approx. 25%.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Scrutinize requests and steps throughout projects.
• Prepare quotations and determine necessary steps for Sales.
• Create project plans and provide regular management reporting.
• Plan tests in internal/external laboratories; coordinate with worldwide labs.
• Ensure on-time delivery; manage deadlines and maintain structure.
• Plan and conduct tests at customer sites or labs; travel involved.
