Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Technical Product Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training on Fire & Life Safety solutions across the UK & Ireland, with travel across Europe. You will develop engaging training programs for employees, channel partners, distributors, consultants, and end users, ensuring knowledge to install, configure and support our products.

You will work with Sales, Engineering, Product Management and Technical Support to keep content current and aligned with

Qualifications

5+ years in a relevant technical field with a technical diploma.
Minimum 5 years as a technical trainer, support engineer, or fire systems technician.
At least 3 years hands-on installing, configuring, and programming fire alarm systems.
Fluent English and willingness to travel ~30% across the UK & Ireland; occasional travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical training for Honeywell Fire & Life Safety solutions.
Plan and manage quarterly training schedules for the region using the LMS.
Maintain training records and up-to-date materials and equipment.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Support to improve content.
Validate new products and updates before launch and refresh training programs.
Build relationships with channel partners and customers to identify training needs.
