ZEN.COM is seeking an ICT Compliance Expert to support regulatory requirements across our fintech operations. You will translate complex rules into actionable obligations, coordinate evidence, and ensure ongoing compliance with ICT controls in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires collaboration with Cyber Security, ICT Risk, IT, Engineering, Operations, and Legal teams, with a focus on DORA obligations, policy management, and continuous improvement of compliance processes.

Qualificações

• Experience in ICT compliance and regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of fintech, payments, or regulated financial services.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into internal obligations.
• Experience with compliance assessments, gap analyses, and remediation tracking.
• Understanding of ICT environments, information security principles, and controls.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls.
• English proficiency at professional level.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and maintain ICT regulatory requirements and obligations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on tech and operations.
• Develop and improve ICT compliance framework and evidence management.
• Translate obligations into internal requirements and map to policies and controls.
• Coordinate periodic assessments and track remediation progress.
• Manage evidence, documentation, and responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate with ICT Risk, Cyber Security, IT, Engineering, Operations, Legal.
• Support DORA-related governance, risk, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare management reports on compliance status and gaps.
