Position Titles: Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team. Foster a positive work environment, set clear goals, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure top performance.
- Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of service.
- Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance and revenue.
- Marketing & Community Engagement: Implement local marketing initiatives and build relationships with the community to enhance brand presence.
- Innovation & Problem-Solving: Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Additional duties and projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
Minimum Requirements:
- Assistant Store Manager:
- Open availability, including mornings, days, and nights.
- Minimum standard work week of 5 days.
- Average of 44 hours/week, increased during peak periods.
- Supervisor:
- Availability during store hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum of 5 days availability.
- Minimum of 30 hours/week.
- All Management:
- Reliable transportation, punctuality, and regular attendance.
- Must speak, read, and write English; capable of performing business mathematics.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged standing, lifting 5-25 lbs, stooping, reaching, climbing, and working long hours during peak periods.
- Good vision, including color differentiation.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years retail leadership experience preferred or equivalent.
