Main Tasks:
- collaborate with foreign accounting offices in the USA, Malaysia, and Brazil
- control and verify invoices issued by foreign accounting offices
- manage receivables and oversee the debt collection process in foreign subsidiaries
- prepare reports on bad debts related to receivables
- maintain ongoing collaboration with payment processors
- analyze and report statements from payment processors
- manage financial liquidity across the Group (Poland, USA, Malaysia, Brazil)
- execute payment of liabilities within the Group
- foster continuous cooperation with banks
You may be a perfect fit if you have:
- bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- minimum 3 years of professional experience in a finance department, with a focus on receivables and bank cooperation
- strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- practical, detail-oriented, and responsible approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- excellent communication and time management skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities
- problem-solving mindset with creativity and innovative thinking
- good understanding of office procedures and formats
- fluency in Polish and good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Salary range:
- 5 900 – 7 800 PLN gross/monthon contract of employment
