Description

Displays and Docks is a fast-growing, profitable, and dynamic business. Driving attached and expanding the Display and Docks is one of the PS priorities in FY25.

This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to the Displays and Dockings business teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements.

It involves strong collaboration with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducting complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role is within a global team, offering a broad worldwide geographical scope.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with and support the Displays and Dockings business team to help achieve budget and enable efficient execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior management, providing insightful analysis and action-oriented recommendations to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Exercise independent judgment in resolving business issues.
  • Analyze actual results, develop comprehensive narratives, draw conclusions, and propose areas for improvement.
  • Forecast financial results across a broad scope and identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively participating in their design and implementation.
  • Represent the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes such as quota, budget, and 4Q planning.
  • Understand different P&L line items.
  • Lead or provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on process improvements and policy establishment as an expert.
Requirements
  • Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related fields.
  • Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Good understanding of P&L contra and cost items.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment in analyzing business issues.
  • Flexibility to work effectively in a global and dynamic business environment.
