BD Polska seeks a Financial Accountant to manage financial records, close processes, and reporting for Poland and CEE entities. Collaboration with regional finance teams and auditors is essential, with emphasis on Polish GAAP and US GAAP and SAP S/4HANA proficiency.
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in financial accounting, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Polish and English. You will contribute to accurate reporting and drive improvements within a global finance function.

BectonDickinson Polska isseekingaFinancialAccountantresponsible for managing financial records, accounting entries, financial reporting, ensuring compliance with laws, handling tax (VAT, CIT, WHT), supporting audits for Poland and CEE legal entities. The role involves close collaboration with regional finance teams and local businesses.
Other duties as assigned and requested by manager.
The candidate should possess an understanding of Polish GAAP, US GAAP as well as practical knowledge of VAT, CIT and WHT. The candidate should have experience working with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory authorities.
Strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines as well as identify and resolve financial discrepancies are essential.
The role also requires effective communication skills with fluency in both Polish and English. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and in Excel are required, experience with Blackline would be considered as advantage.
