Job summary

Iptor Supply Chain Systems is seeking a hands-on Head of Accounting to lead the group-wide accounting function. You will own GL integrity, group reporting, tax, treasury, and intercompany activities across multiple entities, while driving a finance automation roadmap.

You will report to the CFO and shape a scalable, compliant finance organisation through change management, systems improvements, and cross-functional leadership in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, StB/WP or local equivalent.
• Extensive post-qualification experience in a senior accounting or finance leadership role.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary accounting function across Tax, Treasury, AR, AP, GL, and Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group-wide accounting organisation across Tax, Treasury, AR, AP, GL, and Financial Reporting.
• Own the integrity of the general ledger and group chart of accounts across all legal entities.
• Drive faster, more predictable month-, quarter-, and year-end close.
• Oversee statutory accounts and local GAAP filings across all entities.
• Lead external audit relationships and ensure a clean audit process.
• Standardise reconciliations, reporting processes, and finance controls across the group.
• Own cash management, liquidity forecasting, FX exposure, and intercompany funding.
• Assist mergers, liquidations, and other entity changes from an accounting perspective.
