Job summary

KK Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager Specialist to join the Group Reporting team in Szczecin. You will support month-end closing, consolidation, and COA mapping, leveraging BlackLine for close and reconciliations.

The role blends hands-on reporting with process improvement and the potential to grow into ESG reporting. You will work with cross-functional teams across entities and reporting systems in a dynamic, global renewable energy oriented company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in group reporting, consolidation or financial controlling.
• Strong IFRS understanding and month-end closing experience.
• Experience with COA governance and multi-system mapping.
• Familiarity with BlackLine for close and reconciliations.
• Experience in M&A integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing and consolidation, including reconciliations and internal reporting for KK Group.
• Maintain and develop the global chart of accounts and mapping across entities.
• Leverage BlackLine for close tasks and reconciliations.
• Contribute to M&A related implementations.
• Monitor KPIs in Record-to-Report to support performance and improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI in finance processes.
• Assist in developing ESG reporting capabilities as needed.
