Job summary

Infosys Consulting - Europe is seeking a Finance Oracle Manager to join our CRL practice. You will support assessment, discovery, workshops, define problem statements, review requirements, and design to-be flows, fit-gap analysis, and solution alternatives.

You will work in a learning culture that values collaboration, excellence, and diversity while solving clients' Finance processes using Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.

Qualifications

• 4 years bachelor’s degree or MBA or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 2+ implementations in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (Fusion Financials).
• At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Finance Processes.
• Experience in designing and configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion financial reporting tools (FRS, OTBI, Smart View) and month-end/quarter-end close processes.
• Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices.
• High-impact Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
