Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre seeks a GBS Finance Operations Specialist to ensure high-quality Factory Standard Margin data and stable reporting processes. You will interface with legal entities, Finance, and system owners to enable smooth month-end closings and continuous improvement of FSM capabilities and user support.

This role focuses on data validation, operational support, and ongoing enhancement of reporting.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in Finance, Business Administration, or IT-related field.
• +2 years of relevant professional experience in financial systems, reporting, and margin calculations.
• Fluent English and German language skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate FSM input data and coordinate with legal entities to resolve data issues.
• Improve Factory Standard Margin capabilities through data granularity, allocation rules, and transparency.
• Provide first-level support during month-end closing focusing on SalesDB and FSM.
• Manage service requests, incidents, and UATs; train users and maintain training materials.
