About The Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager for Marioff’s Polish subsidiary organization, an experienced professional who would spearhead the financial operations of our local entity.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
  • Owning the monthly reporting processes including analysis of actual results and forecasting, annual planning
  • Coordinating the monthly closing process in co-operation with a service centre
  • Preparation of statutory accounts and applicable tax matters, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting controls requirements
  • Providing financial guidance on all relevant commercial and operational matters to the management team to support decision making
  • Business partnering with the Managing Director of the entity
  • Transformation of financial processes, implementing new methods in the local entity
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need
  • University Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or other related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience preferably in an international environment
  • Fluent Polish and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge of Polish financial legislations and local accounting standards, statutory reporting methods & tax system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and utilizing ERP systems
  • Solid communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills and ability to influence colleagues across the organization, a highly ethical personality
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills, able to manage priorities and workflow, ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
Not necessary, but it would be a benefit if you have:
  • University Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or other related field
  • Experience in establishing/implementing new financial processes, ERP systems
