We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Finance Manager to join our team. This role encompasses not only managing all financial operations to ensure the organization's financial stability but also actively contributing to the company's overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets.
  • Evaluating actual performance vs. budget/forecast.
  • Identifying variances, trends, and root causes to support corrective actions.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing the statutory reporting process.

Working Capital Management:

  • Monitor and manage the level of Working Capital.
  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Management and overseeing the Cash Flow process.

Tax & Compliance

  • Overseeing tax functions.
  • Monitoring and implementing changes in the tax and related areas.
  • Identify and mitigate tax-related risks.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Develop and implement internal controls.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Guide on financial matters to other departments.

Operational control and improvements:

  • Cooperating with other departments to ensure optimal operational and financial results.
  • Driving operational improvements across the company.
  • Driving weekly KPIs review on the site level.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience (min. 4 years) in a Finance Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations, including local GAAP and IFRS.
  • Sound knowledge of the tax area.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (B2/C1).
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in IFS is desirable.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
