Finance Expert with Hebrew
Job purpose
We are looking for a Finance Expert with Hebrew to join our regional finance organization and support end-to-end finance activities for country clusters. In this role, you will contribute to efficient, accurate, and customer-focused finance operations while collaborating with local and global stakeholders.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Perform finance activities of moderate complexity in line with process guidelines, timelines, and quality standards.
- Take accountability for assigned processes and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, including internal controls, runbook deadlines, and legal obligations.
- Use solid cross-process knowledge to act as a backup for cross-functional country squads.
- Perform internal controls and ensure their timely and accurate completion.
- Update and create process documentation, monitor KPIs, and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- Participate in relevant meetings and collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to share cases, document outcomes, and support process alignment.
- Co-create solutions with stakeholders to deliver value and improve customer-focused finance operations.
- Collaborate with business partners and global networks to support seamless operations.
- Escalate issues promptly to support effective decision-making and resolution.
- Support process improvement and innovation initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Who you are
- University degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in tax, accounting, finance, or controlling.
- Extensive knowledge of finance systems and procedures at corporate and country or international level.
- Strong knowledge of global accounting and controlling standards, reporting requirements, accounting processes, internal controls, controlling concepts, and local and global accounting policies, including IFRS and local GAAP.
- Good understanding of business-specific accounting practices and internal reporting.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew (min. B2 level).
- Experience in driving operational excellence initiatives and change management.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise-wide business systems, including ERP systems such as SAP FI, CO, S/4HANA, BI systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Proactive approach to co-creation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Adaptability and a learning mindset in a changing environment.
- Accountability for outcomes and commitment to high-quality delivery.

- The minimum gross monthly salary is 8,880 PLN. Final salary will be determined based on professional experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibility.
