Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to shape how Finance and Global Business Services evolve through technology. You will partner with senior leaders, translate strategy into technology-enabled change and guide governance to secure investment.

You will own strategic roadmaps, manage ERP enhancement pipelines and ensure solutions deliver business value and scalability across the organisation. Hybrid working model applies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Finance or IT with complex change programmes.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP/EPM/workflow/analytics.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA with strong FICO knowledge.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to simplify complexity and create clear, testable requirements.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise Finance and GBS teams, translate strategy into technology-enabled change.
• Partner with leaders to shape ideas into business cases and guide through governance to secure investment.
• Manage ERP enhancement pipeline ensuring priorities reflect business value and scalability.
