Overview

We are seeking a motivated and independent Field Sales Representative to actively develop new business opportunities in the bulk liquid food transport sector within the Polish industrial market. The successful candidate will receive strong support from our Swedish headquarters, including technical expertise and guidance from our experienced Group Sales and Marketing Director. Establishing new customer relationships is a key focus of this role, requiring regular travel within Poland.

Responsibilities
  • Actively identify, contact, and develop new food industrial customers across Poland.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through consultative and solution-oriented selling.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Plan and execute customer meetings, ensuring thorough follow-up and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth impementation of services.
  • Monitor market developments continuously, providing valuable feedback to the organization.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings when required.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience and existing network within the food industry supply chain.
  • Prior experience in transport, logistics, or industrial B2B solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, preferably within bulk transport.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing customer relations at a decision-making level.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and results oriented.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and able to take initiative.
  • Commercially minded, understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
  • Flexible and solution focused.
  • Fluent Polish (spoken and written).
  • Proficient English (spoken and written) for internal communication.
