Job summary

Genesis Polymers Europe, part of the Ravago Group, is seeking a dynamic professional to develop sales in Poland. You will engage with plastics processors, understand applications, and grow our customer base across Poland.

Strong plastics background and a commercial mindset are essential, with travel across the country and the ability to work independently. An opportunity to join a growing international polymer distribution business.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastics industry is important, but polymer sales experience is not required.
• You could be a good fit if you have experience in injection moulding, extrusion, compounding, plastics processing, or technical customer support.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales of our polymer portfolio in Poland.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers; identify new potential customers.
• Understand customers' applications and material requirements; recommend suitable materials.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial opportunities; negotiate prices and terms.
• Visit customers regularly across Poland and build long-term relationships.
• Develop your own customer portfolio and drive growth and profitability.
