Job summary

Texas Instruments is launching the FAST program to train future Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) through four rotations: local sales office, mass-market team, SEM team, and a Dallas HQ experience. The program emphasizes building system-level expertise, customer relationships, and hands-on product knowledge across TI's portfolio.

The role focuses on solving design challenges, understanding analog circuitry, and developing technical consulting skills while supporting customers globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and oral).
• Strong understanding of semiconductors, electrical systems and analog components.
• Knowledge of analog circuitry (e.g., op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing).
• Passionate about solving technical challenges and engaging in technical conversations with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant to solve design challenges with the TI portfolio.
• Build knowledge in customer applications to propose system-level TI solutions.
• Develop relationships with engineering departments at customers.
• Participate in rotations across Sales Office, Mass-Market, SEM, and Dallas HQ to gain experience.
