The Fiduciary & Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of Fiduciary metrics across Services. A critical component of the role includes ensuring timely and accurate reporting of Fiduciary Management Information, in alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Collate and analyse Fiduciary metrics across Services
  • Maintain dashboards and issue reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with Risk Management and Front Office to identify and address data quality, completeness of data and timely reporting of metrics
  • Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Support periodic internal reviews, audits, and regulatory inquiries through data and reporting documentation
  • Assist with automation or streamlining of reporting processes as appropriate
What are we looking for
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in securities services operations
  • Experience in collateral management or regulatory reporting
  • Fiduciary services
  • Securities or custody
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good time management, ability to work with strict deadlines
  • Fluency in English as you will be part of a global team
  • Excel knowledge on an intermediate level
  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
