Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a seasoned Fanuc robotics professional for body shop applications. You will develop and optimize robot programs, perform teaching and on-floor support in a high-volume automotive environment. Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience are essential.

Candidate must be able to work onsite in Warsaw, IN 6 days per week, with overtime opportunities. Experience with SpotTool+ and Fanuc V9.40 is a plus.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience with robot setup, troubleshooting, and/or programming.
• Experience with Fanuc DCS (SAFE I/O Connect, User Model setup, CPC/CSC Zone setup).
• Willing to work onsite in Warsaw, IN 6 days/week (overtime).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, modify, and optimize Fanuc robot programs for body shop applications.
• Perform robot teaching, touch-ups, and recovery in active production and pre-commissioning environments.
• Configure robot frames, tools, payloads, and TCPs to meet process and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with controls teams to validate I/O, interlocks, and handshaking.
• Provide on-floor support during peak programming and commissioning periods.
