Job summary

Oetiker in Legnickie Pole, Poland, is seeking a skilled technician for service and customer support of industrial tools. You will program SPS, configure industrial networks, and install tools on high-end automated lines for customers across the EMEA region.

The role requires PLC knowledge, Ethernet/IP experience, and strong English. Occasional travel within Europe is expected, with a focus on safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications

Serial and Ethernet/IP protocols knowledge.
PLCs interaction with automated equipment.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Proficient MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Understand electrical/electronic schematics.
Troubleshoot electrical/electronic problems.
Soft skills: customer service mindset.
CAD modeling and SAP basics.

Responsibilities

Onsite installation of pneumatic and electronic tooling.
Provide customer training and support remotely or at site.
Assemble new power tools and repairs at department or customer site.
Analyze existing tools and recommend improvements.
Travel up to 25% within Europe.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Coordinate with R&D, product marketing, logistics and sales.
