Oetiker in Legnickie Pole, Poland, is seeking a skilled technician for service and customer support of industrial tools. You will program SPS, configure industrial networks, and install tools on high-end automated lines for customers across the EMEA region.

The role requires PLC knowledge, Ethernet/IP experience, and strong English. Occasional travel within Europe is expected, with a focus on safety and quality compliance.

Qualificações

• Serial and Ethernet/IP protocols knowledge.
• PLCs interaction with automated equipment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficient MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understand electrical/electronic schematics.
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic problems.
• Soft skills: customer service mindset.
• CAD modeling and SAP basics.

Responsabilidades

• Onsite installation of pneumatic and electronic tooling.
• Provide customer training and support remotely or at site.
• Assemble new power tools and repairs at department or customer site.
• Analyze existing tools and recommend improvements.
• Travel up to 25% within Europe.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with R&D, product marketing, logistics and sales.
