Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and signs of wear.

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and proper waste disposal.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; respond promptly to emergencies.
