Role Overview

Under the direction of the UAT Team Lead, the UAT Testing Analyst executes comprehensive functional and regression test plans in support of global system changes.

Work Arrangement

• This is a 100% Remote position

Responsibilities

• This position will represent UAT in meetings with stakeholders as required
• Must be able to manage multiple cases/projects for multiple LOBs
• Must meet established standard levels of agreement (SLA\'s) for productivity and quality standards and complete reports as required
• Supports testing for all projects and required changes impacting systems from beginning to end including but not limited to: 1) participation in the development of business requirements; 2) analyzing requirements to determine testing scope; 3) development of extensive testing scenarios through comprehensive analysis of all components impacting claims payment including providers, agreements, members, etc.; 4) creation of test approach documentation including scripts; 5) successful execution of test cases with thorough analysis of the results to validate correctness of system modifications; 6) identification, documentation, and tracking of all defects; 7) collaboration with development teams to resolve problems and recommend solutions when needed.

Education and Experience

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
