Job summary

Guildmore Group seeks an experienced Facades Compliance Manager to ensure façade and cladding works comply with regulations, standards, and design intent. You will coordinate with site teams, clients, designers and subcontractors to ensure façades are safe, compliant and aesthetically aligned with project goals.

Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, managing QA/QC activities, reviewing drawings, and leading meetings to drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in façade compliance management or related quality role.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, building regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to read, interpret, and challenge detailed technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure façade works comply with regulations and quality requirements.
• Manage QA/QC activities, close snags and non-conformances.
• Attend joint inspections with Health & Safety and Quality teams; ensure QA documentation is uploaded.
• Inspect façade mock-ups to verify design adherence and performance.
