Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Warsaw is seeking an External Reporting Controller - Analyst within Corporate Controllers. You will produce, review, and file monthly and quarterly reports for regulatory agencies, ensuring accuracy of statements and conformance with internal controls.

This role supports regulators with domestic and international portfolio reporting and requires strong analytical and Excel skills. The position asks for 1+ year in finance, teamwork across locations, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a Finance organization with exposure to accounting, financial statements, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in production, review and filing of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports for regulators.
• Coordinate data collection and quarterly results with business lines and SEC reporting teams.
• Consolidate, review and analyze quarterly financial data for accuracy and variance trends.
• Adhere to control procedures and ensure data submission to Regulators is complete and accurate.
• Apply up-to-date product/industry knowledge in fair value reporting.
• Contribute to data quality and external reporting improvement projects.
