• Perform in-depth analyses or ad hoc data extracts for recurring issues requiring detailed analysis.
• Ensure compliance of operational processes with the external provider through metric tracking, on-site audits, and requests for corrective/preventive actions.
• Communicate new or modified processes to the external provider, provide training and troubleshooting assistance.

*This role requires extensive business travel within Europe (both EU and UK), up to 40% of the time and a valid driver's license for cars, as well as ability to rent cars in Europe (paid for by Amazon)*

The EU External Fulfillment Team provides flexible, externalized warehouse services for the Amazon network. We are looking for a motivated Ship Subject Matter Specialist to join the Operations Excellence "SMS" team.

The SMS team are providing launch support services as well as performance improvement support for third party logistics (3PL) warehouses in Europe (UK and EU). The Subject Matter Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering on that mission.

Key job responsibilities

A day in the life

The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include further pay components such as performance bonuses, where applicable. Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements. Company discretionary, supplementary benefits apply subject to further terms, including pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, MultiSport card, discounts for meals at the company’s canteen, employee discount code and program (EDC/Extras), and the Employee Assistance Program (private and confidential counselling and referral service to support health and well‑being). The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 37.5 hourly.
