Job description

Working with BVI indirect (Export & European distributors) customers by providing timely, relevant information, resolving questions, responding to complaints and going the extra mile to engage with customers whilst performing duties in an efficient professional and courteous manner.

Purpose: Ensure you are organised and focused to process important data such as order entry, invoicing, customer creation and stock allocation in a fast-paced environment where you will need to be self-sufficient and perform duties in an efficient professional and courteous manner. Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication both internally & externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders through their various stages, return authorisations and credit note requests timely & accurately in relevant ERP.
  • Work with our indirect customers (Europe & Export) managing queries and customer communication, to ensure successful dispatch of deliveries.
  • Ensure orders dispatching to export locations are sent with appropriate checks (e.g., registrations) and Export documentation appropriate to that location.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to manage issues to ensure deliveries are sent.
  • Prioritise workload, organise own time so that deadlines are met and enquiries are answered promptly or passed to the appropriate person.
  • Process customer invoices, following procedures closely and ensuring fast and accurate turnaround.
  • Perform other administration duties, based around order to cash cycle as shared by manager.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, in order to cash.
  • Experience working with export documentation for shipping outside of Europe and export customers orders and deliveries.
  • Ability to use positive language and balance multiple priorities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.
  • Previous experience working with exporting customer orders and deliveries.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage customers and multiple priorities.
  • Minimum 3 years Customer Service and export experience.
